Hi Ammon,

My name is Anne Rutkowski. My daughter has muscular dystrophy too. I started a nonprofit group for kids and adults with muscular dystrophy, called Cure CMD, www.curecmd.org

Could you let Kaitlin in your class know about Cure CMD. Most girls with muscular dystrophy have CMD or LGMD and fall into our advocacy group.

This form of muscular dystrophy is rare. We will be launching a patient registry soon and need to find everyone with this kind of muscular dystrophy.

Thank you,

Anne Rutkowski MD
Vice Chair Cure CMD
